My Question or Issue

Basically the same issue as a lot of people have had with the Waze connection notification. Mine is connected to my clock to wake me up and now the Spotify logo won't go away

Thanks for posting - we’re here to help!

Could you confirm if this persists after you log out from all devices and then log back in? Occasionally this is necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account system.

If you still observe this after logging out everywhere it's a good idea to try a clean reinstall of Spotify on your device. This will remove corrupted cache that might be causing the issue.
