My Question or Issue

I add local files (mp4) to Spotify on my PC, then add them to a playlist. When I go to download the playlist on my Android phone on the same wifi as my PC, they don't download. The tracks remain gray and have a "!" before the name of the artist. I have tried every possible solution on this forum and nothing has worked to fix this. I have checked the firewall, deleted all Spotify data on my PC and phone, restarted my devices, and nothing works. I am able to play the local files on my PC but not on my phone.

We'd first recommend making sure that your phone has enough storage space available.

You can also perform a clean reinstall of the app on both devices by following these steps. Then, you can try downloading everything again to see if you notice any difference.
