My Question or Issue

All custom playlists shuffle. I've read about the difference between the large, green and button shuffle and the shuffle feature found on the track playing now display. I play each track from the pmaylist (not using said new, unnecessarily confusing green play shuffle button) and the track plays. However the next track is never the next in order. Kind of an issue when listening to a podcast series. The now playing does not show the cross arrows indicating shuffle is on. I've been a premium user for years so not sure what I'm doing wrong.

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app, following the steps described here, for each affected device.

If that doesn't change anything, let us know if this is happening across all your devices.
