I have a premium account so I downloaded my Playlists and switched my account to play offline. The problem is that when I add tracks to my playlists they do not download into my playlist on my HTC One. I have not exceeded the number of tracks that I can download</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>The only thing that I notice when I connect the USB cable from my Laptop to my HTC One, I get a message that the drivers has not been installed successfully; the reason being that the MTP device is unplugged.
