My Episodes Queue Not Counting Correctly

My Question or Issue

The My Episodes tab does not count the number of podcasts correctly. It shows 14 episodes in the queue when only 12 are there. I have tried clearing cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Same issue shows on browser, but not on desktop app.

Welcome to the Community! We're happy to help you with this.

To start, let us know if you've already tried performing a clean reinstall of the phone app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

Also, please make sure the "Show unplayable songs" option is active on your app settings.

If this doesn't do the trick, share with us some screenshots showing how the queue looks on both your phone and desktop app. This way we can investigate it further.

Hello Julian.

This solution did not work.
Just to be clear, this is affecting the "My Episodes" playlist for podcasts. It does not have any songs in it.
