&lt;P&gt;As a first step, try logging out, restarting your device, and logging back in. Also try restarting the app a few times in a row.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't make any difference, make sure that there aren't any optimization/battery saving or data restriction settings enabled for Spotify in your phone's settings.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In case the issue persists, it's worth&amp;nbsp;running a clean reinstall of the app by following &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt; steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Family Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Huawei p smart 2018&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android 9&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hello,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have this issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;When I open app on android smartphone it takes ages to open and then says " No Internet Connection&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Available"&amp;nbsp;although I have strong wi fi (also happens in 4g network).&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;After almost 1 minute or so the home screen/album canvas load.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sometimes I can play songs after this.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sometimes when I turn off screen the app crashes anda have to reopen and wait and pray for it to work.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I already searched online and tried everything like in the "[COMPLETE GUIDE] How to fix most Android issues" with no success.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have Youtube Music (free user) app installed, which I'm considering subscribing as Premium and ditch Spotify if this continues, and none of this issues happen in Youtube Music app!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tell me what to do...&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
