playlists not opening up

My Question or Issue

phone will not open up certain playlist or albums, they show in my library but when I go to open them up I get the green circle of death, I have cleared everything and even reinstalled it on my phone but still will not open them, it opens some, around 50% so far, I created a test playlist on a PC this morning, I can see it in my library but cannot access any tracks, I just get the spinning circle than after a min or so just a blank "page" where the tracks should be

edit: think its sorted, I uninstalled again and cleared the folder as described on another thread before reinstalling app, appears to be working fine for now

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

We're glad to know it was sorted out. Running a clean reinstall of the app with these steps is very helpful for fixing most issues, as sometimes files get corrupted and start to cause trouble, so that's the first thing you can try whenever there are odd issues with the app.
