[Android][Other] Spotify app on Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ keeps freezing and stopping

I have purchased Spotify premium for over a year now and the app on my phone keeps freezing and stopping to a point where I have to force stop the app, it is really problematic especially when playing music for a crowed and I have to shut everything off to restart, please resolve the issue and get back to me because this is not value for my money.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

It's also a good idea to exclude the app from any Battery optimization software that might be active on your smartphone.
