Hello, i own Samsung A51 and i saw a 3-month premium subscription free offer, but after i applied it, i just got a regular 'individual premium'. How do i activate samsung one, what do i have to do?

This seems like a question that is better asked under the Android help section of the site..

On the Desktop site, go to the menu > Help > Android and either look for a similar topic or start a new one

From what you've mentioned, it seems that you selected the wrong trial to sign up for Premium. Keep in mind that after getting the Premium service, whether it was a trial or if you paid a month, you won't be able to take advantage of any other trials, as these are only for new users that have never had Premium in the past.
