Android app wont remember filters

Anyone else have a issue when selecting download filter in library?

If i select downloads only it wont remember it till the next time i open the app.

This is currently the way Your Library is supposed to work. Right now it does not remember the previously selected filter when the app is closed out or becomes idle due to inactivity.
