Cannot access spotify account via Google Assistant on Android

Device : Galaxy S10+

Operating System : Android 11

My Question or Issue : I have a Spotify Premium account in Thailand. I have a Galaxy S10+. I am not sure exactly where Google thinks I am; maybe the U.S.? When I go to Google HOME and go to ADD MUSIC, it says "Spotify Free Active" so obviously Google isn't hooked up to my Premium account. When I unlink and then link it again, it still shows "Spotify Free Active."

How do I fix this?

We're not quite sure about what kind of setup you're trying to use.

In order to better assist you, could you confirm if you refer to Google Home only as the app, or also as a speaker?

We'll be on the lookout!
