Spotify on my devices

Can anybody explain to me why about once a month my android devices come up with a "Syncing Error" and i then loose everything i have downloaded and have to do it all again.The devices do this within about a week of each other. Becoming a bit of a pain to be honest.

Are you letting your premium subscription run out by any cahance or do you always use spotify offline on your mobile devices? If the latter, go online and play one track every 30 days so the app can check in with mother 🙂

That would be because your device is in offline mode. You have to put it online at least once a month so that Spotify can verify your subscription.
