Not able to turn off data saver

As you can see on the screenshot provided, the streaming quality is locked to low "until I turn off data saver". However I do not seem to have the option to turn it off.

I have tried to download the latest version. I have tried the tips from previous posts: such as turning it to landscape, turn off car mode, re-installed the app etc. It is still not working.

Happy for any help I can get.

Hey!

Good that you have already tried re-installing. What we suggest is to try a clean install of the Spotify app.

You can go to App Info and clear the data of Spotify. Then re install it from the store to make sure it is a clean install. It should work now as it tends to solve the most common issues easily. Here is a guide for you on basic troubleshooting tips for Android. Let us know how it goes.
