my premium isnt working with my phone. i have uninstalled, reinstalled, logged in, logged out, turned my phone on off taken the battery out and everything. i am so flustered and would love to be able to listten to music!!!

Hey jessicaacook, welcome to the Community. What error message is it you're getting? Your Premium subscription itself looks great to me.

now its not even letting me log in from my computer. it keeps looping to my facebook account, i think i have two profiles and its not letting me into the one with premium now

oh and by the way, now im stuck on my facebook profile, it wont allow me to access my other account. i have my receipt and everything, i know im using the right username and password.... its just been one problem after another
