My Question or Issue

I got spotify on my PC and it plays video great but I put the app on my TV and its coming out blue, Netflix, YouTube and Kodi all work perfectly so its not my TV

Can you reinstall Spotify to see if the issue persists?

On another note - only high end Android TVs will be able to support video playback in the Android TV app so we suggest that you also contact the support for your Android TV and double check so it's supported.
