My Question or Issue

I'll get an ad with the 30 minutes free tag, but after the ad it will play a second one without the tag and I won't get any time at all without ads.

First we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know the following:

Device the issue occurred on
Operating system
Version of the Spotify App (Please specify the exact version and do not write "the latest/most recent")
Is it a visual or audio ad?
Which Advert?
Rough date that you heard the advert
Rough time that you heard the advert

Once we have this information we'll be able to pass it on to the right team.
