Clickable timestamps in podcast description

Many podcasts on Android have timestamped sections in the description.

Only timestamps of the format (hh:mm:ss) with brackets are clickable [Doc]

However, many podcasts use the same description from youtube which supports timestamps without brackets:

hh:mm:ss

they are not clickable in the Android app. (as of version 8.6.84.1240)

this should be fixed to improve the podcast experience.

It would be great if you could send us the URI to a podcast episode which contains such timestamps, along with a short screen recording of the issue.

Please also include the device model and OS version on which you've tested this.
