Why is this app always so damn slow, craptacular and glitchy - where's walk the cash going???Songs we were listening to just hours ago suddenly can't be found. Music is playing but screen and queue is completely blank...sure this is normal 🥴

We were listening to Captain my Captain and when we type in the name to pull up other mixes in our list it's not there... Really???? Same thing with Cherry Moon by Lorn and others too...aaagghhh. Plus it takes forever for track info to open after pushing on sandwich (dots) menu then get a message to view online because it can't open..grrrr this is behaving like WIN10 and yes we've uninstalled etc.. [Note 20 UWB 5G]

Why are we paying for this again????

We don’t have all the world’s music and podcasts on Spotify, and what we do have varies over time and between countries. It all depends on permissions from rights holders.

We add new content every day, so if you can’t find something, it may appear (or reappear) soon.

When it comes to the app misbehaving - can you confirm that you followed the steps that's provided in this article? There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your device, so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it since the steps will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick and you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app since the card can be corrupted.
