When I'm using desktop, lyrics are completely working but having problem while listening with this Android phone. The lyrics icon is shown at preview but lyrics aren't enabled though. Please look into it.

Hi, i had a similar issue, lyrics didn't work on my account with my android phone.

It did work on windows 11 spotify app.

Id did work on all the android phones of my family members on the same plan.

After troubleshooting (reinstall app etc..) I found out when I inverted my account with one of theirs, it was working on my phone and stopped on the other.

So i was sure it was account related while the device works fine.

Finally i opened a ticket with spotify support, they did' fix something on their server side, and afer a clean reinstall of the app finally the lyrics did appear.

Naturally you should check prerequisites for the feature (like the country you're living in) i am from Italy.

Had a 5 Star experience with support, the fixed it on the first shot.

Yeah, exactly same from side also, I'm sure it's some server-side issue on my account. I've contacted support like a month ago and the guy I chat with said he has forwarded the issue to a higher position team. Still I haven't heard from Spotify over mail like chat guy said.
Maybe @Alex can help by forwarding to team
