My Question or Issue

Hello,

It seems that everyone now has the lyrics feature. Even though I have the newest version of Spotify, and it says under songs that they have lyrics available, they won't show. Yes I did update Spotify, yes I did reinstall it several times and yes I cleared my cache. I don't have any explanation, and none of the troubleshooting helped.

Hi. I was actually experiencing the same kind of issue towards the end of last year. If you look at community recommendations, they'll say the feature is new and will eventually reach you. But I recommend messaging an employee,I feel that's more effective. At first you'll be messaging with a bot but you can request to speak to a human. Go to help and try to find the Message us button.
