&lt;P&gt;We'd suggest you restart your phone, log out and log back again to see if that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;It's also a good idea to change the audio quality to see it anything changes.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;If nothing changes, could you please send us a video recording of what's happening when you play songs? Just make sure to hide any private or sensitive info. We'll look into this further.&lt;/P&gt;
