My Question or Issue

Hello people, I'm trying Spotify and other music service in order to decide which one pick and I have a problem, Spotify sounds normal on W10 but not on Android, it sounds like it has some kind of 3D or virtual filter on with a weird echo (I've set the audio to high quality), is there any solution?.

Thanks for posting here.

We'd suggest you restart your phone, log out and log back again to see if that makes a difference.

It's also a good idea to change the audio quality to see it anything changes.

If nothing changes, could you please send us a video recording of what's happening when you play songs? Just make sure to hide any private or sensitive info. We'll look into this further.
