Spotify not working with wifi

My spotify app is not working when connected to wifi. It works fine with the mobile data. Even when connected to PC with wifi it is good. Tried all the troubleshooting methods like logout, clearing cache/data ,reinstalling etc.

In settings I am not able to see the network usage with wifi, so not able to check the enabled/disabled status.

Device : Samsung Galaxy s20

Os : Android Pie

Spotify version 8.7.10.1262

Please please help me with this issue.

Could you please share with us the following? We'll look into this further.

Does the same thing happen when you try with another WiFi connection?
Are there any changes when you restart the router?
In case you get an error message, a screenshot of it.
When did this occur?
