My Question or Issue

I would like to understand why Spotify thought it would be a good idea to basically break a feature that people purchased their head units for.

Why would they do this without any warning ?

How can be have Spotify re-consider this decision ?

P.S. PEOPLE DO NOT WANT A "CAR THING" - Why would anyone want an extra device in their car ???
