Can't Syncronize Mac-Android

Hi, I have a premium account but I can't syncronize spotify with my android mobile.

When I try to enter on the phone with my account (in Italy), the mobile says "You tried the access from another country", Spotify doesn't start, and my wifi goes crazy, even on the mac.

Help, please!

Are you sure you're logging in with the same credentials you use to log in with your mac? What does your account overview show under subscription?

You're right!

I just checked and the overview says that I already used the 14 days that spotify free allows from another country.

But now I have the premium version (since two weeks)... actually, the account has not been updated.

Maybe you know what I can do?

I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
