Enhance button not showing up!!

My main account is a UK account and I am in Australia at the moment so the test account I made was Australian

My Question or Issue

I don't know why my main account won't show the enhance button but the new account I created does. I have done a clean reinstall twice and restart my phone, used different internet connections and still no luck. I will attach photos below

I am on version 8.7.10.1262 and I am able to get the enhance button to show up on the new account I created but not on my main account. This means the problem is account based, so unfortunately I don't think you can help

ok, it could be some kind of setting on your account but im not familiar with this if you could look at your settings that would be great!

Unfortunately, I know that is not the problem, as I clean reinstalled Spotify which deletes all data so resets the settings. Additionally I have mad a new account and that worked straight away, so that would link up 😓

The Enhance button is a new feature recently added to the app, but it should be available for all account types. To keep investigating this issue and help you further, we'll need more info to have a better look.

Could you check if this issue happens as well using your account on a different device?

If the issue persists, would you mind checking with a different WiFi network or a mobile data hotspot to see if it makes any difference?

We'll be on the lookout.

Unfortunately signing in to another device with my account didn't change anything as the Enhance button still didn't show up
