&lt;P&gt;Could you share a picture / video with us which shows how things look on your end? If you haven't already, try the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Disconnect your phone from your car.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go to your phone's settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Spotify and Force stop the application.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reconnect your phone to the car and launch Spotify.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, try rebooting your device to see if that does the trick.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Changing track works sometimes. Information system is from a VW ID&lt;/P&gt;</description>
