[bluetooth] streaming to external speaker interrupted

Recently I bought a Pure Jongo T2 speaker and suddendly I faced an issue using spotify on my smartphone (HTC one M7) over bluetooth. When I play music using Spotify, the "data flow" ( sent via bluetooth ) has frequent interruptions and consequently the songs playing "has the hiccups".

Notice that when I play music stored on my phone using standard music app from google, it works smootly. So after these tests, I could attest that the issue is a kind of synchro/buffering problem between spotify and the Jongo speaker over bluetooth.

What can I try to resolve this annoying problem ?

Maybe could I check the bluetooth protocol versions compatibility ?

I have the same problem. It works fine via bluetooth in my car but not any external bluetooth speaker. Other streaming apps work fine.

Could you send us the Bluetooth speaker model that is not working with Spotify? Additionally, let us know if the issue started after a recent update.

Changing tunes, send us over the make/model, OS version and Spotify version installed on your device.

Lastly, we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall on your device (if you haven't yet) and tell us if the issue persists.
