&lt;P&gt;First we'd like you to make sure you're logged in on the right account in the app. Could you head up to &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt; and look for a payment receipt for the mentioned payment? If you find a recent receipt and the email on the account page doesn't match the email you see in the app, you're not logged in on the right account. Then you can check &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt; to find out how to logout from the wrong account and use the right email address as login.&lt;/P&gt;
