He is in offline modus then - the internet on the ship is awful. He at times is in dock and reconnects but it just won't play. He has tons downloaded but nothing happens. I have read other threads but no real answer comes up. Have restarted redownloaded. As far as I understand - Premium lets you play music with no internet and no mobile connection. So....what is the problem? We are confused.
