My Question or Issue

My Spotify app won't connect to my S520 DAB player with thr latest spotify update. When I downgrade to an update from summer 2021 it works, any ideas? So frustrating

We understand you downgraded Spotify version, but keep in mind all users should only download the app from our official website, this way we can advise adequate alternatives for the inconveniences.

On another note, could you share with us the troubleshooting you’ve already done? You could start with a clean reinstall to see if this makes a difference. You can see the steps to do it here.

Lastly, can you tell us how you connect your device to your player? Is it via Bluetooth or AUX or USB cable? Is this happening if you connect a different mobile device?
