Local File mp3s disappearing/not showing up?

My Question or Issue

Hey so, recently downloaded/added MP3’s are not showing up on Spotify, and I have to manually hit them in my files to have them appear on Spotify but it’s not permanent, the next time I open Spotify they’re gone, weird thing is that mp3’s I had BEFORE getting spotify show up, but not new ones.

I have tried doing stuff like restarting my phone, deleting the app, deleting data, cache, etc etc.

I do not know if this is a known bug or what but I would like some help.

Also, I am not using local files from my computer, these are specifically from my phone itself, this has been ongoing for the past few months and it’s annoying. Thank you.

Great troubleshooting so far!

Would you mind taking a look with our support to see if everything looks good with your cached data on Spotify's end before we proceed any further :?
An issue of this type often has something to do with the cached data on either end 🙂
