Spotify NEEDS a phone line for tech support. The android app is mortally frustrating. I have to download 22 Gigs of music every day because there are no solutions to a simple problem and the forums are answered by equally disgruntled premium users. All in favor, post here so something can be done!

If Spotify got telephone support, the prices would dramatically increase.

I will agree to the increase if my problems are fixed. 10 dollars a month for a broken service is bad. Liveops is a cheap way of providing phone support without the need for a center. independent agents help people from their own homes, over their phoneline, with detailed instructions on their screen. If thats not up your alley, I have commercial space in miami and I could fill it up full of my jobless java nerd friends. I can also talk to my university and have students volunteer for school credits.

I would not use customer service in phone. It would be overpriced from Finland to Sweden.

Give me working contact form support and yes it's already working at Spotify 🙂
