My Question or Issue

My enhance button is gone. 100% gone. No redownload, clear cache. Nothing will being it back. Did spotify delete this.

No, the feature hasn't been removed.

We could go over some steps on your side to see if the situation persists

Try logging out of your account and then back in
Try connecting to a different network if possible
Check it on a different device.

If that doesn't work, you can let me know and I'll see what else can be done.
