Current song disappeared

Does anyone else have an issue on android after the last update where spotify won't show its playing but the music still plays?

I'm using samsung s22.

The cases reporting this type of behavior are decreasing in the past few days. Some users have reported this is being fixed after a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing issues.
