Playing on this phone notification won't go away

Even when spotify is closed on my notification bar it says
this phone:
Track name
Artist
With a play button and skip song button
I've tried everything
I think it's because when I open spotify it automatically plays that song with no way of dismissing the song only stopping it
Specs:
Samsung galaxy s10+
Latest version of aindorid
It can run anything with almost no lag even if it's supposed to lag the device so it's not a lack of power
