However, we’d like to suggest a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; as this is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the issue persists, would you mind checking if this happens using a different phone connected to your radio in the car?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Lastly, to investigate this further; include in your next response the make, model and OS version of the device involved, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We'll be on the lookout.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello, I have an android 10 radio in the car, using android auto, I put spotify and waze maps at the same time and when speaking the voice of the browser the music turns off and does not come back... I have already done everything, reinstall android auto, reinstall spotify, all updates are up to date</description>
