offline songs removed from my phone

Hi. I today i noticed that a song on my offline list on my phone was downloading. This was a song i added a long time ago. Why is it like that? It has happened on my old phone too. Can it have something to do with songs being replaced on the spotify server, because it kinda seemed like it.

That is a possibility, tracks get moved and relinked all the time, so yes that could result in the same song (but a different version) being synched instead of the version you had originally. There is also an open bug tracker about content not staying downloaded on android.

Yeah, i think that is the case. When i went to my computer (not offline mode), i noticed the track was replaced, and i had problems finding the original
