I deleted and re installed app reasons why

My Spotify didn't work for seeing lyrics and swipe for next song.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Could you give us more info on the issue you're experiencing? You mentioned that you weren't able to see the song lyrics and swipe to the next song from "Now playing view". We'd appreciate if you could let us know if this has always happened or if it has started happening after a specific update either of Spotify or the OS of your device.

On another note, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

If that doesn't do the trick, would you mind letting us know what exactly happens when you try opening the app on your phone? Also, is this only happening on your phone or on other devices as well?
