My Question or Issue

Audio keeps skipping and cutting out repeatedly while connected to bluetooth headphones. Happens randomly, often for up to 10+ minutes at a time. Playback on phone audio is fine. I don't use any other bluetooth devices for playback, just headphones while I'm at work. It gets frustrating to deal with because I mostly listen to stories and audio dramas while working.

To start with, can you make sure there's no old cache files causing this by following the steps here?

On another note, do you get the same behavior if you connect your headphones on a different device?
