My spotify doesnt play or do anything

i have been using spotify for a month now and i got the premium plan one day my storage was full so i transfer the data to sd card to save space and it was mid transfer my phone shut down and now i cant play or do anything in the app

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Let's try a clean reinstall of the app so we can make sure you're running a fresh installation of the app. Here is how to do it.

Also keep in mind, that you'll have to redownload the content for offline listening afterwards. On that note, a transfer between the internal storage to an SD card of offline content is not possible as this will break the connection to the cached files and they'll have to be redownloaded.
