I made a playlist and am unable to sort it

Sounds like you're using the Web Player, where changing the sorting within a playlist is not currently possible. All items will automatically be displayed in a custom order, so you'll need use the desktop or mobile app instead.

You can download the desktop app directly from our website or from the Microsoft Store, if you're using Windows. The mobile app can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store instead.

I use the mobile app and it no longer allows the sorting of playlists - the option disappeared. I hate not being able to sort my list alphabetically, it's the only way I can find the songs I want.

Hey @user-removed!

You should be able to access the sorting options on the mobile app by opening the playlist and swiping down - a search bar and a Sort button should appear. Could you confirm that you've tried that?

In case you still don't see the sorting options, please share a short screen recording which shows how things look on your end.
