Spotify doesn't load on Xiaomi Pad 5

I recently purchased Xiaomi Pad 5, so it is still new. However, when I log on to Spotify using FB it would freeze on a blank screen and not load the contents of Spotify. Is there an issue with the app? Please assist as I'm a daily user for Spotify. 😞

Plan - remium

Country - Malaysia

Device - Xiaomi Pad 5

Operating System - MIUI Global 13.0.4 Stable

As a first step, can you please try reinstalling the app as described here. If that doesn't help, please ask someone to try and log in on your device using their account so we can check if this issue is device- or account-related.

Clear cache and boost speed in security. Works for me.
