My Question or Issue

I am not able to move the time slider as the white dot is missing, what is mean is that I was able to go directly in the middle of the song let's say 2.47 min, but now I am not able to do it.

We'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it can help remove any cache that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't do the trick, let us know the exact Spotify version you're currently running.

Hi again @Rax123,

We've taken another look at this and can confirm that it's currently an expected behavior for free users on mobile devices.

The white dot will only appear in playlists that are made for you, which are the only ones that will allow you to choose the song you want to play. This includes all personalized mixes.
