My Question or Issue

Every time i lock the screen the song stop to play and go back to 0:00. I tried all the advice I found on internet to solve this problem (battery settings, wifi settings, app settings, uninstall e reinstall), but they don't work. Is a problem with the operative system? What else can I try?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community and for the troubleshooting you've done so far.

We can also recommend to check if Spotify has the permissions to run in the background.

If a family member has a Spotify account, it could also be a good idea to ask them to log in on your device to see if the app behaves the same way.

In case the issue persists, it'd be great if you could send us a quick video where we can take a better look at this behavior. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
