Spotify Switches off my Android Box

When I start spotify, it works for about 5 minutes, and then it shuts down the whole system and switches off my box. I don't have a battery but have switched off all battery optimisation. Any ideas anyone ?

To start investigating your case, we need to gather as much info as possible. Taking this into account, would you mind confirming if you have tried some troubleshooting so far? If so, could you mention the steps you've followed?

Also, is this happening just with Spotify or with other apps as well? If Spotify seems to be the only app affecting the behavior of your device, we'd recommend performing a reinstall of the app on your device to see if it makes any difference.
