My Question or Issue

Does not allow selection of audio quality. Many other options are still disabled in the menu

Hey @AlexEsLa,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

Based on what you kindly mentioned and the screenshot you sent us, you're controlling another device from your cellphone through Spotify Connect. Keep in mind that when you're using Connect feature, some of the settings will be blocked on the device your controlling the music.

To be able to use those settings again, you'll just need to change the playback back to your mobile device. Then you'll have those options unblocked again 🙂 You can read more about the Connect feature in this article.
