Autoplay turning itself off

My Question or Issue

Autoplay will turn itself off at a random interval (usually greater than 48 hours) and once this happens, even if I turn it back on in the menu, it will not function. Closing and reopening Spotify will usually fix the issue, but eventually I have to power cycle the phone to get Autoplay to work again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version from the Play Store, but it still behaves in this manner.

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for trying a reinstall first.

Can you please confirm you've performed the steps as described under Clean reinstall in this guide? Also, please make sure that you've disabled any memory or battery optimizing services on your device or at least add Spotify as an exception there, as this might interfere with the normal functioning of the app.
