My Question or Issue

When I try to play an mp3 file on my phone it opens spotify without giving me any other application option (I tried the "open with" option but it opens spotify instead of a menu), and this takes me into the "local files" playlist where no file appears, even though I have enabled the local files option and assigned all the permissions to the spotify application, so I prefer to use the player on my phone but I can't, I tried to go into settings > apps > default apps, but there is no option that allows me to change the application to change the sound files player, I also tried to uninstall spotify and in that case it opens another player, but when I reinstall spotify does the same thing again. So I don't know how to remove spotify as my player and go back to the way it was before.
