Hallo,

bekomme Spotify auf meinem Samsung S( nicht geöffnet!

Es kommt immer die Meldung:
Diese Kombination aus E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort ist falsch
Darunter ein grüner Botton mit OK
Drücke ich auf OK erscheint das gleiche Fenster wieder!
Ich muss sogar einen Neustart machen, denn sonst komme ich aus dieser Schleife nicht mehr heraus!

Make sure that you're entering the correct login details. If you haven't already, try resetting your password and then use your email and new password to log in to your account in the app. In case that doesn't do the trick, try with your username and password instead.

It's worth trying to log in on another device, if possible. Check also if switching to a different wifi network or turning on mobile data does the trick.
