I will get on spotify on my Samsung a51 and it will be blank and a square large compared to the normal dot will appear

Hello. Thank you for responding to my email. I have attached a screenshot
of the "white box" I and other users have seen.

When this happens my music stops and does not play. I have to reshuffle my
playlist.

You're saying that you've attached a screenshot with the white box but we're not able to see and open them. With that being said, we can't find the root cause of what you are experiencing. Could you please try to attach them again?
